To replace a body part, or make an addition to your body such as eyes, you must follow the guideline below. The conditions below must be looked at carefully. If you need help from a staff member in understanding how transplants work, do not hesitate to ask.  Transplants include... eyes, limbs (and puppet limbs), and so on. The operation is a very dangerous one, and it may result in death if it ends in failure.

NPC Medic conducting the transplant:

Must be a minimum of 5,000 words to complete.
          1,500 Ryo = 75% chance of success
          2,000 Ryo = 80% chance of success
          2,500 Ryo = 85% chance of success
          3,000 Ryo = 90% chance of success
          3,500 Ryo = 95% chance of success
          4,000 Ryo = 100% chance of success

IC Medic conducting the transplant:

Must be a minimum of 3,500 words to complete. 3,000 ryo is paid to the one who does the transplant.

B-Rank Medic: 80% chance of success
A-Rank Medic: 90% chance of success
S-Rank Medic and up: 100% chance of success

Any medical ninja who is below B-Rank cannot perform the operation. Additional charges cannot and will not be charged by any medical ninja.

If the operation's success rate is below 100%, then a staff member will use Random.org to see if the patient undergoing the operation lives or dies.
